AutoZone Loses Board Member

AutoZone, Inc. has announced the resignation of James J. Postl as a member of the company’s board of directors.
Postl has been a director of the company since 2003 and previously chaired the board’s Audit Committee. He has left to board to devote his time to a non-profit organization in his home town of Houston, Tex.
