Appointments (June 01, 2005)

Bosal Canada is pleased to announce the appointment of Scott McKenzie as regional sales manager, Ontario. McKenzie brings to Bosal extensive experience in the automotive aftermarket in Canada. He has a degree in Business Administration from Conestoga College in Kitchener, Ontario.

Rick Miller, president of Canadian buying group E.R.I. Group, has been named to head a key U.S. engine remanufacturing council. Miller will serve as the new chairman of the Engine Repower Council of the Automotive Aftermarket Industry Association. In other directorial changes with the council, Tom Schrader of Jasper Engines will serve as the vice chair; Larry Sovereign of Heartland Sales will serve as treasurer; and Ron Friskney of Dana Automotive will serve as secretary. The at-large members of the board are Steve Rich of Sterling Bearing and Dave Wooldridge of Babcox Publications. Chuck Barnett of Dura-Bond Bearing Company will participate as past chair.
