Andrew Dedier is pleased to announce that Mark Williams has joined Tec Automotive Industries Inc. as national sales manager. Williams brings with him a wealth of experience gained over several years with companies providing ride control, filtration, chemical and brake products to the automotive aftermarket. His priorities with Tec will be to assist the firm’s sales agencies in growing its share of the air, oil and cabin air filter business in Canada.

Genuine Parts Co., the distributor of NAPA automotive replacement parts and parent company of UAP Inc. in Canada, has named Thomas Gallagher as its president and chief executive officer. The Atlanta-based company said Gallagher, 56, has been with Genuine Parts for 34 years and succeeds Larry Prince, who will continue as chairman of the board.

Keystone Automotive Industries Inc. announced that Richard L. Keister was formally elected president and chief executive officer at the company’s annual board meeting. He succeeds the retiring Charles J. Hogarty who will remain with the company as a consultant for the next two years. Keister, 58, most recently served as president of Delco Remy International’s Aftermarket Group — joining that company in 1997 following Delco Remy’s acquisition of World Wide Automotive. Keister announced the appointment of Barnett Gershen to the newly created position of vice president of organizational development.
