Goodyear Canada Inc. – Replacement Products has an-nounced that Eric Normandin has joined the company’s growing sales team. Eric is based out of Montreal and will be working with customers in Montreal and Northern Quebec.

Delphi Automotive Systems has named Dianna G. Scott as director of marketing, Delphi After-market Operations. Francisco A. (Frank) Ordonez, general manager, Delphi Aftermarket Oper-ations, made the announcement. In this position, Scott will oversee all marketing activities, including product development, cataloging, market research, pricing and marketing strategies to establish Delphi as the “Partner of Choice” in the global aftermarket. Also announced is the appointment of Mark Theriot as director, technical services, Delphi Aftermar-ket Operations. Theriot will be responsible for developing and implementing the company’s technical support program and overseeing technical service operations and training.

Osram Sylvania Ltd. has announced the appointment of JoAnn McKeown to the position of product manager, Photo Optics and Automotive Lamps for the Canadian market. Reporting to Walter Wendel, director of strategic marketing and product management, McKeown will develop sales support for existing and new products in both marketplaces.

Torque Power Source has appointed Russ Nardi as marketing manager with responsibility for its complete line of engine kits and engine parts. Prior to joining the company, Nardi was North American pricing manager for Perkins Diesel Engines. Previously, he also worked as advertising and marketing materials manager for AE Clevite Engine Parts. Torque Power Source, headquartered in Wood Dale, Ill., in the Chicago area, has the capability to ship anywhere in the world.

Pioneer Inc. has announced that Jimmy Walton has been appointed product line manager, high-performance. Walton has previously held positions with Pioneer and is a 25-year veteran of the high performance market. He will oversee product development, technical support, cataloging, product pricing and market research.

Crown Remanufacturing, Inc., has just named Patrick Suiter as national sales manager. The announcement was made by Tony Perticari, vice-president sales/marketing. Suiter will be responsible for managing all aspects of the sales department, from order entry to customer service. He will interact with all Crown accounts, sales representatives and fee warehouses, as well as assisting with the oversight of finished goods warehouse and cataloging.

S.B. International has announced a number of appointments. Brian Bender has been promoted to president/C.E.O. Bender has been a part of SBI since 1983. His most recent position with the company prior to his promotion was president/C.O.O. Tom DeBlasis has been promoted to senior vice president. DeBlasis was most recently vice president of sales & marketing. Joel Terry has been promoted to manager of private label/international sales & technical services. Also, Tony Hernandez has been promoted to director of operations & distribution, and Doreen Gunn joined SBI earlier this year as director of finance.

Uni-Select has announced a number of appointments. Andre Paquet has been appointed Pro-Import manager. He has 20 years of experience in the industry and was most recently with Altrom Canada Corporation. Paul Durkin has been appointed general manager of the Northern Division of Uni-Select USA. He has been in the aftermarket for more than 30 years, the last 15 as general manager of the company’s Ontario Division. Alan Dero has taken on general manager responsibilities for the Ontario Division. He comes to the division after servicing as general manager of Uni-Select Pacific since 1997. Gary Murphy has been appointed director of sales & marketing for Uni-Select Ontario Division.

Terraclean Inc. has announced the appointment of Al Esposito as president. Since joining the company in March 2000, Esposito has been instrumental in restructuring the company. Esposito brings 25 years of senior management experience to the company and has already established a framework that maximizes Terraclean’s market potential throughout Canada and the rest of the world.
