Rethinking Leadership is the theme of the 2013 AIA YES Conference. To be held March 26, at the International Centre, 6900 Airport Road, Mississauga this conference will allow you to discover the type of leader you have the potential to become as you grow yourself and your team into the future.
Surveys of top executives have confirmed that leadership skills are the most important factor in an employee’s career progress above intelligence and knowledge or job skills. Leadership capacity is rapidly changing and today’s Young Executives are the carriers of new knowledge. Find out how you can strengthen your abilities to lead collaboratively and execute effectively. Learn about the power of reflection and critical thinking skills in addition to exploring leverage points to enhance your leadership.
We have all heard the comment, “he or she is a born leader”. Some people seem to possess the characteristics to naturally put them in a position where they’re looked up to as a leader. Whether you were born a natural leader or need to develop the skills and abilities necessary to become a leader, this interactive conference will challenge Young Executives to rethink the perception of what it takes to be a good leader in the changing landscape of the business world today and tomorrow.
