AIA’s 2009 Ontario Grand Forum to be Held in Toronto on October 21

This year’s AIA 2009 Ontario Grand Forum is taking place on October 21 at the Doubletree by Hilton in Toronto, Ontario.
Speakers set to attend include Matt Winslow from the Automotive Training Institute who will show attendees how to transform their employees from unmotivated individuals into a high performance service team with his “Leading and Managing your Team Effectively” session.
Janice Leroux, president of HR Performance & Results Inc., will provide attendees with tips on the most efficient recruitment and selection processes and how to keep your employees engaged in her “Best Practices for Recruitment, Selection and Employee Engagement” session.
And Dave Vollmer, a technical instructor for Canadian Automotive Repair and Service, will introduce attendees to emerging technologies and emphasize the increased importance of updating and maintaining skills with advancements in technology, with his “What’s New in Automotive Technology?” session.
