Aftermarket Leaders to Address Catalogue Issues

Product data and catalogue issues will bring together some of the aftermarket industry’s leading executives this April.
The 39th annual conference of the National Catalogue Managers Association (NCMA) will feature keynote presentations from respected industry leaders addressing today’s catalogue and product data issues. The NCMA Knowledge Exchange conference is scheduled for April 9-12 at the Renaissance Vinoy Hotel in St. Petersburg, Fla.
“Aftermarket suppliers and their channel partners are quickly gaining awareness of the vital role that data and content play in their success,” said Scott Luckett, NCMA executive director. “At NCMA, we are very excited to have four business executives who ‘get it’ and will share their insights about the evolving role of standards-based catalog and product content in their businesses.”
Scheduled speakers at the conference include:
Bob Egan – VP, Customer Relations, Global Aftermarket, Federal-Mogul Corp.
Ed Rammel – VP Marketing, Dayco Products
Thomas Beer – President & CEO, Interamerican Motor Corp (IMC)
Jon Dehne – VP, Merchandising Operations and Process Development, Advance Auto Parts

The full Knowledge Exchange conference agenda and online registration is available at www.ncmacat.org. The cost is US$495 for NCMA members and US$695 for non-members (includes one-year membership). The deadline for hotel accommodations at the group rate of $175 is March 11. Attendance at the conference satisfies a requirement of the Aftermarket Catalog Professional (ACP) designation of the University of the Aftermarket.
