Doug Herberger, General Motors North America (GMNA) vice-president and general manager – Service & Parts Operations, announced the appointment of Duane Miller as executive director, GM Service and Parts Business Channels.
In this assignment, Miller, executive director, GM Parts business channel, assumes the additional responsibility for the ACDelco business channel. Miller replaces Scott Mackie, who has held the position of executive director, ACDelco since 2001. Mackie will become the regional general manager for the GMNA Vehicle Sales, Service, and Marketing (VSSM) Northeast region. These moves are effective April 1.
Miller will lead the continuing efforts to drive common processes and leverage resources across the ACDelco and GM Parts channels. He also will have responsibility for SPO Canada and Mexico, as well as International Operations. In his new assignment, he will continue to report to Herberger.
