ITW Permatex Acquires Cleaning Products Supplier Spray Nine Corporation

ITW Permatex, Inc., has acquired cleaning products supplier Spray Nine Corporation, of Johnstown, N.Y.
The purchase was announced by Mike Zimmerman, general manager of Permatex, who noted, that Spray Nine is an excellent acquisition for Permatex, offering a new platform of cleaning products to the company’s product offering.
Zimmerman also indicated that Andy Robinson, currently vice president of manufacturing and operations at Permatex, would head up Spray Nine Corporation, as its general manager.
Spray Nine Corporation employs 120 people, and has two locations, a global headquarters in Johnstown, NY, and a Canadian corporate office in London, Ontario.
