Grote Industries Announces Staff Promotions and Additions

Grote Industries, a leading supplier of lighting to the Canadian aftermarket, has announced a number of changes to its marketing and sales departments.
Mark Paul joins Grote in the new senior position of Canadian marketing & brand development manager. Paul brings with him a long history in business management, graphic design, marketing management and brand development. He is responsible for Grote’s Inside Sales and Customer Solutions area, external marketing support and all internal marketing and product co-ordination/development. He will report directly to Brad Morris, general manager.
Jennifer Morris has been named inside sales manager for Grote Canada. Morris has been the Canadian customer service supervisor for the last eight years. She has direct responsibility for the entire Customer Solutions department, Inside Sales functions and overall programming management. She will report directly to Mark Paul.
Jeff Leroux has been named national product coordinator. Leroux has been the national marketing coordinator for the last two years. He will take on the responsibilities of managing product flow, product programming, accessory product management & process, new full-line product introductions, development and process. Leroux will report directly to Mark Paul.
Jo-Dee Levesque has been named customer solutions team leader for Grote Canada. Levesque will have responsibility for supporting customers and the customer solutions team. She will continue to report directly to Jennifer Morris.
Cathy Bremner has been named customer credit supervisor. Bremner has been the executive assistant for the last 15 years. She will have full responsibility for the customer credit process from inbound to processing and will report directly to Kirk Batten , Canadian controller.
Bill Sumner was named national OE/training manager for Grote Canada. Sumner is responsible for supporting Grote OEM design and production; co-ordinating harness and wiring product and technical needs for the field; and will co-ordinate the upcoming “Grote Know How” global training initiative.
Gill LeBlanc joins Grote in the new senior position of Canadian operations & logistics manager. LeBlanc brings with him 16 years in manufacturing/distribution environments including production planning, inventory management, supply line and distribution management, and team management at NCR Technologies. He will ultimately be responsible for Grote’s warehouse distribution system, receiving, manufacturing/production, system flow and quality, and purchasing (forecasting/planning inclusive). He will report directly to Brad Morris, general manager.
Janet Smith has been named to the position of operations-forecasting controls. Smith takes on the new responsibility to manage all product and process forecasting with Grote and the entire breadth of product line. She will report directly to Gill LeBlanc.
Mike Bischoff was named returns supervisor for Grote Canada. Bischoff has direct responsibility for all physical returns and warranty. He will report directly to Gill LeBlanc.
Billy Zung has been named receiving & quality process supervisor for Grote Canada. Zung has been a key member of the warehouse team over the last three years. He has direct responsibility for all inbound receiving, stock management and distribution system quality/flow. He reports directly to Gill LeBlanc.
Ron McBride has been named health & safety coordinator for Grote Canada. McBride has been the Canadian receiving supervisor for the last five years. In his new position, he will have direct responsibility for coordinating all health and safety programs, maintenance process and training initiatives. He will report directly to Kirk Batten, Canadian controller.
