Too many spend their time promoting what they do when they should be showcasing their vast knowledge. That is what separates the progressive shops from the old regime, says Bob Greenwood in the second episode of Season 2 of Greenwood’s Garage.
Understanding the difference between knowing and doing is imperative for shops in order to develop their long-term business culture and execute their professionalism.
“Take the time to have this discussion with your team. Do they clearly understand the difference and importance from what they do to what they know?” Greenwood asks.
Those who get it, he added, will open themselves up to immense opportunities.
