ATX-2 Automatic Transmission Fluid Exchanger (July 01, 2004)

The new RTI ATX-2 Automatic Transmission Fluid Exchanger is the first transmission fluid machine to offer fully automatic operation using an accurate exchange process. The ATX-2 uses two weight scales, one for the new fluid tank and one for the used fluid tank. Just hook up to the transmission cooler line with a no-drip quick coupler system, press the button for the desired capacity, and walk away. The machine automatically and continuously weighs the amount of fluid being pumped into the used fluid tank inside the machine. Its microprocessor then matches the machine’s fill pump precisely to the speed of the transmission pump, providing a true one for one continuous exchange of fluid. The entire exchange takes an average of 2-5 minutes and the impressive looking machine with colorful keypad, light emitting diodes, and “old vs new” fluid sight glasses impresses customers and helps sell your service.
