E.K. Williams Shop Surveys Go On-Line

Bob Greenwood, President & CEO of E. K. Williams & Co. (Ontario) Ltd., has announced that commencing June 30 2003, the popular E. K. Williams & Co. (Ontario) Ltd. semi-annual shop marketplace Business surveys will be conducted “on-line” via the Internet.
Mr. Greenwood stated “We are going to use the efficiencies of technology to its fullest. Our IT team is taking our paper survey and converting it into a fully interactive electronic format and it will be hosted on a secure server ensuring confidentiality of all information received. It also allows us to insert the “checks and balances” required in filtering information submitted to insure its legitimacy. We have earned the trust of our survey participants over the past 8 years and we will never do anything to breach that trust. Their trust allows us to collect precise and comprehensive information which, in turn, allows us to council the industry accurately in order to improve the profitability of the independent sector.”
“The more partcipants, the more accurate the survey, therefore we are starting early to register survey participants and build our database”. Any one who is an independent shop and would like to participate in our survey can now register on our E. K. Williams web site at www.ekw.ca, click on Ontario, then click on the registration icon. All shops that participate in the survey will receive a free copy of the complete results after the survey is compiled.
