DST Forms Focused Business Units

Computer systems firm DST, Inc. has formed four new strategic, semi-autonomous business units to focus its efforts on the automotive aftermarket.
Saying that the business units are specifically designed to best serve the OEM and aftermarket supply chain’s changing landscape. The focus of each unit will be to partner, share, and develop technological and e-commerce expertise with respective supply chain constituents.
The business units have been designated as follows:
Business Systems Division industry-specific information systems supporting sales, distribution initiatives, linked processes and e-commerce, led by Floyd Beadle.
Strategic Accounts Division serving large marketing groups and OEM’s and headed by Allan Telford.
nTierPrise Division devoted to enterprise-scale chain store/franchisee and fleet data collection and distribution, managed by Ray Stover.
Consulting Services Division collaborative consultative services regarding open standards, warehouse management, and communication architecture to promote e-business development, led by Steve Ricketts.
In addition, Tom Haas has recently been hired to spearhead supply chain initiatives, which draw from the management resources of the other areas.
