VL Communications announced the addition of a Customer Retention Module (CRM) to its popular AB Magique software. Garage and tire shop owners can now use the CRM to choose between various types of mailings for building customer relationships and foster customer retention: To thank a new customer; reminders for brake and tires services; and to announce specials for such vehicle services as oil change, etc. These messages can be sent either by e-mail or by a postcard in a business deal with Canada Post.

This new module represents substantial economic benefits for the garage or the tire shop, helping build and cement profitable long-term relationships between the garage or tire shop and their customers.  

VL Communications is a software developer for repair and/or tire shops and automobile parts stores.
