For the third consecutive year, Automotive Service & Repair Week (ASRW) and CCC information Services Inc. are pleased to announce the availability of conveniently located private meeting rooms during NACE and CARS. The complimentary spaces are available to any registered ASRW 2013 participant (attendee or exhibitor) who requests one. ASRW will take place Thursday and Friday, Oct. 17-18, with education beginning Wednesday, Oct. 16, at the Mandalay Bay Convention Center in Las Vegas.

The meeting rooms will be located in close proximity to the ASRW Expo show floor in an area named, “The NACE Network.” The area will consist of a variety of small and larger private rooms, each equipped with comfortable furnishings and wireless Internet. All registered ASRW participants (attendees and exhibitors of both NACE and CARS) are eligible to request a room in The NACE Network.

“NACE is a great place to have important business conversations and networking opportunities, but finding meeting space in Las Vegas can be a challenge,” said Joe Allen, senior vice-president of the Automotive Market at CCC. “The NACE Network space was created specifically to address that challenge and provide NACE/ASRW attendees with a convenient place to conduct business. CCC is proud to support ‘The NACE Network’ and we hope those who take advantage of the space will have valuable and productive meetings.”

The NACE Network will be available Oct. 16-18. In advance of the show, reservations can be made on a first-come, first-served basis by completing a form on the ASRW website. On-site reservations can also be accommodated at The NACE Network reception area on a first-come, first-served basis. Each room can be reserved for up to 90 minutes.

“Accommodating all of the business taking place at ASRW, both on and off the show floor, is a continuing focus of the show and we are pleased to again offer the NACE Network area,” said Dan Risley, ASA executive director. “This year, The NACE Network is in a great location and the rooms are easy to reserve, free to all show participants and convenient. Anyone in need of space for a meeting is encouraged to utilize this area.”
