Registration Open For 2011 AIA YES Workshop In Barrie, Ontario

With the help of Peter Wright, President of The Planning Group, the 2011 YES Workshop will give you the tools you need to build a business plan and know how to build the budget to support it. Whether you need to plan for your company, division or department, this workshop will ensure you have tools to develop a plan that is adaptive to change, but also remains steadfast to core corporate values and vision.

The Business Planning Boot Camp is an intensive one-day program that has been specially designed for AIA members. It is a mix of business planning training and workshop discussions that will leave you with a wealth of knowledge and material to bring back to the office!
