Registration is now open for AIA Canada’s Women’s Leadership Conference

Building on the overwhelming success of the inaugural Women’s Leadership Conference in 2014, the 2015 Conference will be even bigger and better. In addition to celebrating visionary women and their remarkable leadership in non-traditional female careers, this conference will provide ample opportunity to network, learn and lead!

The conference will begin with a Welcome Reception and dinner on June 17th at the Chateau des Charmes and a full-day conference on June 18th at the beautiful Prince-of-Wales Hotel in Niagara-on-the-Lake. Click here to view the full program.

The Speakers:

Maureen J. Sabia, Chairman of the Board, Canadian Tire Corporation

Cheryl Pounder, Gold Medal Champion

Suzannah Baum, Coaching Session, Speak Up and Stand Out

Arlene Dickinson, CEO, Venture Communications and YOUINC.com

“The Flip Side of the Coin” Panels

The conference will feature a panel of female automotive professionals who will share their career stories, what has influenced them in their careers, opportunities that are available as well as obstacles that they have been able to overcome. In addition to the female panel, it is important for attendees to hear from the “flip side of the coin” and this year’s conference will also feature a panel of men from all aspects of the industry who are willing to share their perspective on challenges and opportunities for women in the industry.

Coaching Session “Stand up and Stand Out”
