Fountain Tire Ltd., headquartered in Edmonton, Alberta, is launching a new, redesigned Web site ( www.fountaintire.com)that enhances the customer’s online experience through easier navigation, and quick access to information.
A variety of features have been added to make it easy for visitors to navigate the Web site. Frequently used applications in a more prominent location, as well as robust sorting and filtering tools in the “Request for Quote” section, facilitate access to information and decision-making. In addition, the Mechanical Services section now features subsections on services offered, as well as provides information on different mechanical components of the customer’s vehicle.
“We wanted to offer visitors a useful site that simplifies the process of gathering information prior to making a purchase,” explains Nelson Tonn, vice-president of marketing, Fountain Tire. “The new design is a part of our ongoing commitment to our vision as a company, to be the best tire dealer in Canada. This is one more step in the process.”
To celebrate the launch, Fountain Tire is offering an online contest, the ” Fountaintire.comGoodyear Tire Giveaway,” running from March 16th to May 9th, 2009. Users can enter online to win a set of four Goodyear tires, with a set of tires given away per week for the duration of the contest. Customers can also earn Air Miles reward miles on purchases at Fountain Tire.
