Akihiko (Aki) Yamauchi has been appointed president of NGK Spark Plugs Canada Limited. Yamauchi has been with the NGK organization since 1994; his most recent overseas posting was in Mexico, where he was responsible for all sales initiatives.

Before joining NGK Canada, Yamauchi held the position of assistant manager of OEM sales and marketing for NGK’s Automotive Components Group in Japan where he was responsible for sales expansion of export business worldwide.
