Snap-On Training Solutions’ “Business Development for 2000 and Beyond” held a media day on February 1st at Snap-On’s Aurora, Ontario facility, where SSGM observed the “Guided Discovery” method first hand. Trainer Robert Lundrigan and participants reported excellent progress in learning essential management skills.
