Mitchell has announced the availability of RepairCenter in French for the Canadian market.
Native French speakers are now able to more easily and accurately manage workflows using RepairCenter, so nothing gets lost in translation.
“RepairCenter was created to streamline the often complex collision repairs process, providing a single platform from which to manage workflows,” said Jim O’Leary, vice president of product management. “While the English version of RepairCenter has been available in Canada for some time, we are thrilled to now offer the Workspace and comprehensive suite of management tools to native French speakers in their preferred language, effectively eliminating any barriers in communication and confirming our commitment to the market.”
RepairCenter enables efficiency and accuracy in the collision repairs process through its centralized Workspace and user-friendly tools including: Job tracking, automatic customer updates, parts management, opportunity tracking and follow-up, labor and production management, paperless office tools, integration with popular accounting applications, task management and analytics.
“I like the way Mitchell developed this software to make our daily work much easier. As a customer, I feel important,” said Gaetan Gadbois, owner of Pro Expert Centre de Collision in Brossard, Quebec. RepairCenter “gives us necessary information related to different makes of cars, in a constantly evolving industry.”
