Interstate Batteries Recognizes Brampton’s James Paralovos

Each year, Interstate Batteries honors the enterprise’s best route sales managers with the Norman E. Miller Route Sales Manager of the Year award, named after the company’s long-time chairman.

This year, James Paralovos of Interstate Batteries of Brampton has been recognized as one of the recipients of the Norman E. Miller RSM Award. 

Paralovos has been a team member at Interstate Batteries of Brampton since 1998.  Beginning his career in the warehouse, he has transitioned to Hot Shot driver and then to the role of route sales manager.  A terrific ambassador for the company, Paralovos believes in the Interstate Batteries product and program and has established a strong rapport with the dealers he serves.

Interstate Batteries determines the national recognition award for route sales mangers based on independent dealer growth, national account growth, new dealer setups, point-of-purchase placement, achieving incentive goals, and outrageously dependable submissions.  The winners of the Norman E. Miller RSM Award were recognized at the recent company bi-annual convention.
