Unitized low-intensity gas heaters from Space-Ray are ideally suited for the high air-change environments commonly found in automobile service areas. The infrared heaters help create an efficient and comfortable atmosphere for employees and customers.

Space-Ray’s LTU130 U-Tube Heaters, rated at up to 130,000 Btu/hr each, are ideal for heating a service area and in colder climates, to melt the snow and ice off vehicles or equipment before maintenance.

The Space-Ray LTU130 heaters include a unique self-contained draft inducer, which pulls the products of combustion through the combustion chamber for increased radiant efficiency and safety. Annual fuel savings of as much as 50% compared with forced-air heating have been achieved by Space-Ray tube heaters.

Unlike forced-air heating which works from the top down, infrared gas heat works from the bottom up, warming people, floors, and machines first for optimum comfort.
