E.R.I. group names 2013 Richard Miller Education Award winners
The Engine Rebuilders Inc. has announced this years winners of the Richard Miller Education Award. This award provides financial assistance and encouragement to individuals who wish to further their education or training. E.R.I has been presenting this award to applicants from E.R.I. member companies for the past 13 years.
The Engine Rebuilders Inc. has announced this year’s winners of the Richard Miller Education Award. This award provides financial assistance and encouragement to individuals who wish to further their education or training.
In August, six winners from across the country were each presented with a $1,000 cheque to help further their education. E.R.I congratulated each of them on their success and wished them well in their chosen vocations.
Richard Miller Education Award winners 2013:
Jamie Munro of Kamloops, British Columbia is enrolled in the Health and Social Development program at the Thompson Rivers University, studying to pursue her chosen field of Kinesiology.
Tyson Heidebrecht of Medicine Hat, Alberta is attending his first year of a two year Power Engineering program at Medicine Hat College.
Michelle Glass of Saskatoon, Saskatchewan is enrolled in her first year at the University of Regina, Bachelor of Nursing program.
Donovan Rainbow of Stouffville, Ontario is entering his second year of a four-year Automotive Engineering program at the University of Ontario, Institute of Technology.
Marie-Pier Bélanger of Saint-Sulpice, Québec is enrolled in her second year of the Human Sciences program at the Lanaudière Regional College in Joliette, where she is studying to pursue her chosen profession to teach students with learning difficulties.
Hannah Spidle of Bridgewater, Nova Scotia is entering her first year of the four year Bachelor of Hospitality & Tourism Management program at Mount Saint Vincent University.
Richard Miller and the selection committee are very pleased to be able to help recognize deserving individual members of the E.R.I. family who are motivated to improve their potential for personal fulfillment and make a meaningful contribution to society.
