Delphi Product & Service Solutions Announces Second Annual Dream Shop Winner at AAPEX 2012

Delphi Product & Service Solutions (DPSS) announced the winner of its second annual “Win the Delphi Dream Shop” sweepstakes giveaway at the company’s Automotive Aftermarket Parts Expo (AAPEX) press conference.

The winner, Ryan Mullin of Ouispamsis, New Brunswick, Canada, a technician from Ultimate Auto in Ouispamsis, will receive Delphi parts, tools, equipment and training to help him open his own shop or upgrade his current shop to a Delphi Dream Shop. The prize is part of Delphi’s Destination: Victory Lane promotion, delphi.com/victorylane. Due the continued excitement surrounding the “Win the Delphi Dream Shop” giveaway, the promotion will run again starting in February 2013.

“I keep pinching myself,” said Ryan Mullin, automotive technician, Ultimate Auto. “I can’t believe I won. Winning this will provide me an opportunity to grow as a technician. I now have the right tools, equipment and training, everything I need compliments of Delphi.”

Ryan was flown to Las Vegas for the October 30, 2012 announcement, compliments of Delphi, receiving three days and two nights at the Venetian. The sweepstakes drawing took place on October 15, 2012.

The Delphi Dream Shop giveaway includes equipment needed to service today’s vehicle electronics reality. Included in the prize package are a high-performance laptop with shop management software, A/C recovery machine, Delphi diagnostic scan tool, diagnostics software, OBDII/CAN hand-held reader and fuel system tester. Other items include a lift to 11,000 pound capacity, transmission jack, compressor and air tools, two-ton service jack, engine lift, tire changer and balancer, battery charger and tester, and brake lathe.
