Dayco unveils new website feature

 Dayco has launched Tech Notes as the latest addition to its website.

Tech Notes contains technical information to help the professional technician diagnose belt noise on some of the most demanding drives in the market. It combines OE service bulletins, engineering vehicle analysis, and interviews with professional technicians outlining solutions for noise.

“Noise remains one of the biggest challenges associated with belts today,” says Robert Christy, Dayco’s director of marketing. “Something is causing the noise and it’s not the belt.”

He describes Tech Notes as “real solutions to help resolve these issues.”

Tech Notes covers more than 2,000 applications with more to come over the coming year.

Dayco has also developed a Serpentine Belt Technical Video demonstrating some “tricks of the trades” when confronted with noise. All this information is now available at www.accessdayco.com.
