Cardone Industries announces leadership changes

Terry McCormack, Cardone Industries executive chairman and chief executive officer has announced that he will step down as CEO but will continue as the executive chairman of the board of directors. Terry also announced the appointment of Stan Gowisnock as Cardone’s new president and CEO effective August 3, 2015.

“Stan comes into this position with the full support of the board of directors as well as the Cardone family,” said McCormack. “For the past 3 years, Stan has been a member of our board of directors. With more than 30 years of leadership in the automotive aftermarket, technology and innovation space, he is an ideal selection to ensure our future business strategy aligns with Cardone values, customers, channel partners, and market needs.”

As the former president of DST Inc. (a Solera company), Gowisnock brings extensive experience in family business operations and a solid background in sales and marketing, engineering, and technology. His skill set includes substantial expertise leading the global development and application of e-commerce, data content management, and distribution management solutions.
