Bestbuy Distributors Buy & Sell show was held in St. John’s Newfoundland on September 8-11. Shareholders present included Colonial Auto Parts Limited, who celebrated their 75th year in business. The opening ceremonies included Celtic fiddlers, a Town Crier and a Fisherman who “screeched in” the mainlanders! At the Sunday night dinner Bill Elton received, on behalf of Colonial Auto Parts Limited, an acknowledgement plaque for Colonial’s 35 years of membership and support to Bestbuy. Entertainment included evening festivities and Bestbuy’s annual golf tournament, which this year raise thousands of dollars to benefit Toronto’s Hospital for Sick Children. Bestbuy’s next show: Opportunities 2002, will be held in Toronto on March 1 to 3rd 2002.
