Annual charity golf tournament raises $15,000 for the Childrens Breakfast Club

Carquest Canada held its annual charity golf tournament at Springfield Country Club to raise funds for the Carquest-WORLDPAC Charitable Foundation. The foundation raises funds that are used for a variety of charities in Canadian communities.


Carquest Canada held its annual charity golf tournament at Springfield Country Club to raise funds for the Carquest-WORLDPAC Charitable Foundation. The foundation raises funds that are used for a variety of charities in Canadian communities.

Close to 140 customers, employees and suppliers from Canada and the United States attended the event.

“In the seven years we have be running this charitable tournament we have raised close to $150,000” said Steve Gushie, president of Carquest Canada. “We are very pleased to present a cheque for $15,000 out of this years’ funds in support of the Children’s Breakfast Club.” On hand from the Children’s Breakfast Club to accept the cheque was Ted Woloshyn, Zubeda Nanji and founder Rick Gosling.
