Cory Mundy from Vance’s Service Centre in Carp, Ontario had a customer come in with this custom power steering repair. “Upon opening the hood I found the power steering pressure hose replaced using clear food grade hose, then covered with hose clamps,” Cory writes. “The customer said he put the clamps on so that the hose would be stronger.” Unfortunately, I don’t think that’s the way it works.
