AIA Canada’s 73rd Annual General Meeting set for April 29 in Mississauga, Ont.

The Annual General Meeting of the members of the Automotive Industries Association (AIA) of Canada will be held on April 29, 2015 at 11:45 am at the Hilton Meadowvale Hotel & Conference Centre (formerly the Delta Meadowvale), 6750 Mississauga Road, Mississauga, ON.

All members are encouraged to attend in person; however, AIA is very pleased to announce that this year’s AGM will once again be webcasted for those members who are not able to travel to Toronto.

The live coverage of the AGM will also be rebroadcasted on AIA’s website and will be available for several weeks following the meeting. Details for participation in the webcast will be available soon.

To ensure all eligible members have an opportunity to participate in the approval process, all documents to be presented at the meeting will be posted on the AIA website before April 10. If you are not able to attend the meeting, we ask that you please complete the Proxy Form, assigning your vote to a specific individual. You may complete the form and return it to Patty Kettles (patty.kettles@aiacanada.com) before April 24.

In addition to the AGM, all members are invited to attend the AIA Volunteer Recognition Luncheon and to honour this year’s recipients of the AIA Distinguished Service Award and the YES Young Leader of the Year Award.
