ACDelco launches Consumer Assurance Program

ACDelco launches the Consumer Assurance Program: auto parts labor reimbursement and roadside assistance for Professional Service Centre members.


ACDelco has launched a new program exclusively for its Professional Service Centre (PSC) members.

The new Consumer Assurance Program enables PSC members to offer their customers both roadside assistance and the assurance of labor reimbursement, should a part fail.

The program is open to all PSC members across Canada.

“This program is a strong statement that we stand behind the quality of our parts and the work performed by ACDelco PSC Program members,” said Corey Graham, ACDelco’s national sales and marketing manager. “We’ve built this program to give exclusive PSC members additional support to help them maintain a competitive edge in today’s competitive landscape.”

Under the ACDelco Consumer Assurance program, PSC customers are eligible to offer their customers roadside aAssistance as well as a labor reimbursement (in addition to the competitive parts warranty) on qualified parts installed at an ACDelco PSC repair facility.

Some parts are exempt from the program.

The ACDelco Professional Service Centre Program provides a variety of training, rewards and other benefits for service centres across Canada.
