BBB Industries names new director

BBB Industries has announced its new senior director of business development, Mark Nugent.

Nugent will be responsible for assisting with merger and acquisition target identification, assessment, and due diligence processes.

Nugent graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and an MBA in Finance from Brigham Young University. Previously he was employed at Cummins Incorporated in Columbus, Indiana. He has spent 10 years in many roles including, director of product planning and business development at New and Recon Parts Operations, director of strategic recon business development and director, mergers, acquisitions, alliances support.
