Distributors will have some new reasons to attend AAPEX in Las Vegas this November.
The Automotive Warehouse Distributors Association (AWDA) will sponsor four distributor-specific education sessions during AAPEX featuring two distinguished presenters acclaimed by the National Association of Wholesaler Distributors (NAW). Sessions are free to AAPEX attendees and will be held on Tuesday, Nov. 3 and Wednesday, Nov. 4 in the Venetian Hotel in Las Vegas.
“Support for distributor education has long been an AWDA priority,” said AWDA chairman Rusty Bishop, CEO, Federated Auto Parts. “That’s why the association did not hesitate to make a substantial investment in these sessions. Our distributor members have requested more education and training during AAPEX and we aim to deliver that added value.”
On Tuesday, Brent Grover, Evergreen Consulting, will make two presentations:
7:30 a.m. – 8:30 a.m. “The Sacred Cows of Automotive Aftermarket Distribution: It’s Not What You Take In, It’s What You Take Home”
9 a.m. – 10 a.m. “Protect the Winners and Fix the Losers: Customer Profitability Analysis”
On Wednesday, Michael Marks, Indian River Consulting Group, will make two presentations:
