Companies align to bring new diagnostic solution to WORLDPAC customers throughout North America.
Autologic Diagnostics and WORLDPAC, Inc. have entered into a distribution agreement to bring the new Autologic Assist diagnostics support solution to WORLDPAC’s North American customers.
Effective immediately, WORLDPAC will offer Autologic Assist through its Tools and Equipment Services (TES) division.
Autologic Assist combines third-party vehicle data resources, superior diagnostic tools, and a cloud-based multi-functional device on one screen, with real-time access to a team of master technicians, simultaneously.
Autologic Assist seamlessly integrates with speedDIAL, WORLDPAC’s proprietary order fulfillment and catalog software, offering more than 120,000 SKUs to independent automotive professionals throughout North America.
“This partnership with WORLDPAC will elevate the availability of Autologic Assist amongst repair shops throughout North America,” said Kevin FitzPatrick, president at Autologic North America. “WORLDPAC has a solid reputation as a leading distributor of relevant products for the automotive aftermarket, and its distribution channel affords us a significant opportunity to broaden our reach.”
He said the partnership will allow users to witness firsthand the benefits of the new cloud-based, multi-functional device that works in tandem with highly trained OEM experts to quickly diagnosis issues on European car models.

Mario Recchia, senior vice president of marketing at WORLDPAC, said this next-generation solution fulfills a need in the marketplace for even more repair facilities to work on import vehicles.

In 2015, Autologic Assist technicians provided support worldwide, fixing more than 300,000 issues; identifying in excess of 850,000 fault codes; and, supporting more than 1,000 automobile models. Autologic Assist caters to automotive repairs for BMW, MINI, Mercedes-Benz, Volkswagen, Audi, Jaguar, Land Rover and Volvo vehicles.
