Airpro Acquires PCI

Airpro Mobile Air Conditioning has acquired the operations of Precision Components International, located in Kenndale Texas.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
“There’s a lot we can do with this operation. It stengthens our position in the automotive aftermarket unit production operations, while also building our core competencies in the bus, HD truck and off-road segments,” says Arnie Gartman, Airpro president.
Sales will be handled by existing Airpro sales staff and shipped from facilities in Mesquite Texas and Stockbridge Georgia.
Existing tooling, assets, staffing and equipment will continue to support the operation, but the location will change.
According to the company, everything is expected to be in place by mid-March.
