AIA Canada is growing and adding to its team. Marc Brazeau, president and CEO of the Automotive Industries Association (AIA) of Canada, is pleased to introduce France Daviault and Meghan Howard as the newest staff members to join the association.
France Daviault will be serving as senior director of industry relations and will oversee the government relations and communications departments. She has over 15 years of experience in communications and government relations and holds an MA in Professional Communications and International Relations. For the past two years, France has worked with provincial and territorial governments on issues related to the administration of motor transportation and road safety in her role as director of communications at the Canadian Council for Motor Transport Administrators. Her knowledge of provincial transport issues and her background in communications make her an ideal industry relations leader for the association.
Meghan Howard is AIA’s new manager of communications. She comes to AIA with over 20 years of experience in media relations, journalism and communications and 11 years of experience working in the non-profit association management sector.
“AIA is committed to offering the best level of service to its members,” said Mr. Brazeau. “Adding France and Meghan to our skilled team will allow us to expand and meet our association needs as the industry continues to grow and prosper.”
Long-serving AIA team member Michel Tremblay will continue to focus on delivering services to AIA’s Quebec members as executive director, Quebec. With Michel in Quebec and Greg Sims as executive director, Western Canada, AIA is now positioned better than ever to meet all the needs of its members across the country.
