AER Manufacturing President to Head PERA

Ray Fink has been selected by the Production Engine Remanufacturers Association (PERA) Board of Directors to complete the term of Mark Spaulding as president of the association.
Fink had previously served as PERA president in 1992.
Fink is currently the president of AER Manufacturing, Inc. in Carrollton, Texas, having been with the company since 1979. He semi-retired from the day-to-day management duties of AER in May 2004, but remains president and continues to serve on AER’s Board of Directors.
Prior to joining AER, Ray Fink served in the U. S. Air Force from 1959 to 1979 as a navigator. He retired as a Lt. Colonel in 1979. He flew B-52s, FB-111s and EC-47s and served two tours in Vietnam. During his last five years in the Air Force he was Operational Test Manager of the Air Launched Cruise Missile Program.
Fink will serve as PERA President until the 61st Annual Convention in Monterey, California on September 28-30, 2006.
