World-renowned car builder Jeff Schwartz will be traveling to Las Vegas with his latest classic build, the award-winning Raybestos 1969 Ford Mustang Fastback.

Schwartz, president of Woodstock, Ill.-based Schwartz Performance, will be on hand with the one-of-a-kind classic car during the Automotive Aftermarket Products Expo (AAPEX).

“Together Schwartz Performance and Raybestos have become synonymous with extraordinary car builds so we are thrilled to have Jeff join us at AAPEX to meet with attendees and answer their questions about the amazing transformation of the Raybestos Mustang,” said Kristin Grons, marketing manager for Brake Parts Inc (BPI). “If you haven’t seen this outrageous muscle car first hand, and want to hear a master talk about his craft, then make a stop at the BPI booth at AAPEX.”

Schwartz will be at the Sands Expo and Convention Center at the BPI booth (#3638) on Tuesday, Nov. 1 from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m.; Wednesday, Nov. 2 from 3:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.; and Thursday, Nov. 3 from 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. The Raybestos ’69 Mustang will be on display at the BPI booth during the entire AAPEX show where it will be awarded to one lucky auto care industry repair or parts professional.

The Raybestos ‘69 Mustang was completely rebuilt by Schwartz Performance and includes an off-the-shelf performance disc brake upgrade package using Raybestos components and Element3 brake pads with Enhanced Hybrid Technology (EHT). The Schwartz Performance team installed its “G-Machine” bolt-in chassis and a new Ford Coyote engine similar to the one found on the modern Boss 302.

Raybestos and Schwartz Performance teamed up with top-tier suppliers for the latest parts and accessories while maintaining the historical integrity of the 1969 Mustang. Build partners include: American Autowire, BeCool, Dakota Digital, Flaming River, Ford Performance, Forgeline, Gardner-Westcott, Hifonics, Hushmat, John’s Industries, Mechanix Wear, Mothers, National Parts Depot, Optima Batteries, PPG Automotive Refinish/The Color Shoppe, Red Line Synthetic Oil, Ridetech, Ring Brothers, SeatbeltPlanet.com, Silver Sport Transmissions, SpinTech, Tanks Inc., TechAFX, TMI Products and Vintage Air.
