Quick Cable announces the hiring of Rick Meszaros and Jim Beyer to the Account Management team to focus on heavy trucks and stationary battery markets.

With a dozen years in manufacturing and distribution and another twelve years in the construction/vocational trucking industry, Meszaros brings a perspective that will extend Quick Cable's reach in multiple markets. "The heavy-duty market, including trucks, buses, agricultural machinery, construction and mining equipment, is a major focus for Quick Cable, and we're pleased to bring Rick on board because of his background and experience." said Ken Bons, Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Quick Cable.

Jim Beyer joins the Quick Cable Account Management team in a newly-created position focusing on the stationary battery and electrical distribution markets.

The stationary battery market continues to grow as battery backup systems are deployed in telecom applications, data centers, power generation, hospitals and a variety of corporate applications. Our experience with heavy-duty DC power application products and connectors is critical in specifying the proper components to get maximum performance from these systems. "Jim's background includes specific experience with industrial batteries and power electronics, and a variety of technically-focused products which include industrial drives, factory automation equipment, gas monitoring technology and AC and DC control systems. Jim's going to be a huge asset for Quick Cable and we're excited to have him on our team." said Bons.
